You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee of 50% of the service price (or time blocked).
No-shows (when we arrive and are unable to access the property) may be charged the full service amount.
